Warm Lantern Festival, One Heart Together — Shaanxi New Things Biotech Co., Ltd. Holds Lantern Festival Themed Event

The Lantern Festival takes place on the 15th day of the first month of the lunar calendar. The event is alternatively referred to as the Lantern Lighting Festival and the Shangyuan Festival. Its inception occurred during the Han Dynasty. Individuals celebrate the event as a complete resolution to the Spring Festival amidst their desire to achieve harmony and experience an optimistic year ahead.

The northern Chinese people take part in burning yuanxiao while the southern residents prepare tangyuan by wrapping it. The Chinese people share the same basic significance of reunion and sweetness despite using multiple preparation techniques and distinct flavors in different regions.

The Lantern Festival was celebrated by the employees of Shaanxi New Things Biotech Co., Ltd. on March 3, 2026, through an internal event titled "Reunion and Sweetness Together" that aimed to reward employees with the company's heartfelt appreciation and finest wishes.

There was a lot of warmth and laughter in the venue. The company had specially prepared sweet rice ball ingredients of different flavors. The colleagues were not working during the time and they came together to enjoy the fun of hands-on making with cooperation.

The pots emitted steam and plump round rice balls slowly rolled in the boiling water, which would gradually turn translucent and be filled. A sweet smell pervaded the air.
